1.1 Overview
This training equipment mainly use reverse osmosis membrance to treat raw water and do purify, combine with well-designed filtration and adsorption system, China and abroad various experiment set, it is suitable for expand students’ technical skills and knowledge, it is suitable for higher vocational schools, teaching equipment and technical skills assessment.
1.2 Feature
(1)This training workbench uses stainless and UPVC, takes frame structure, CPU, preprocessment, whole assembly, it’s easy for assembly and disassembly, not easy to be broken.
(2)Measurement meter digital type meter, with full protection function.
(3)It’s easy to be expanded, to develop new experiment, it’s adapt teaching content.
(4)Training workbench is with good safety protection system, let students to do indepedent epxeriment, it’s good for studetns to analysis students and solve problem.

1.4 Equipment work cycle
- silica sand filter :
Add up working for 24 hours, do 20 minutes counterflush,
Add up working for 4000 hours should change silica sand filter material.
- activated carbonabsorb filter :
Add up working 24 hours to do 20 minutes counterflush ;
Add up working for 4000 hours should change activated carbon filter material.
3 Mollifier system:
Add up work for 24 hours should do 90minutes counterflush .
Add up work for 4000 hours should change activated carbon filter material.
4 Cartridge filter:
In general condition, add up work for 100 hours should change filter core, or when cartridge filter is working, the pressure difference for flooding water and ourlet >0.1MPA, should also change filter core, after reverse osmosis membrance bleach finish, should change filter core.

Raw water→raw water tank→raw water booster pump →mechanical filter, activated carbonabsorb filter →antisludging agent adding system→cartridge filter →high pressure pump →reverse osmosis membrane modulus →pure water tank
1.6 Maintenance and care :
- Timely change the filter inner cartridge filter:
In front of CPU, installed 20 inch 5μmPP solution spray filter elementin cartridge filter, it can prevent particle from pretreatment go into RO CPU,and ensure RO film safety run. When PP filter is blocking, you should change it timely.
When changing, should rotary off cartridge filter fasten belt, take out contaminated filter, fastern cartridge filter belt, note that the sealing rubber circle in cartridge filter mustn’t be damaged or leave mut.
- Timely change pretreatment filter material:
Pretreatment is to effectively protect RO CPU, if the current filter material using life reach time limit or is invalid due to daily maintenance is not proper, you should change it.
- Antisludging agent adding system, the antisludging agent inner medicine chest must be fine solution.
