Should include frequency converter to adjust the speed of piston pump

Needle valve for adjusting the flow rate

Adjustable head via overflow valve: 0.2 to 2bar

Pulsation damping of the head using air vessel with bleed valve

Sensors for pressure at outlet and in the cylinder of the pump, flow rate and crank angle

Integrated microprocessor-based instrumentation

Piston pump of speed: 30 to 180 rpm, maximum flow rate 130 L/h and its maximum head of 40m

180W drive motor

Gear transmission ratio: i=7.5

2x pressure sensor one at cylinder and other at outlet each of range 0 to 5bar

Flow rate measuring range: 0.2 to 6L/min

Crank angle measuring range: 0 to 360°
